Niyazi Vural is a seasoned development real estate and technical construction delivery expert with 30 years of international experience. Prior to co-founding KENT Development, Niyazi founded and managed IMS Project management for 25 years. IMS started as scheduling and cost consultant and transformed into Turkey’s leading project and construction management consultancy firm growing at its peak to 400 enginneers and architects in 8 international markets delivering more than 250 projects with around 10 million sqm of built-up area. IMS has been acquired in 2015 by Hill International, the global leader in managing construction risk.
Alp Cicekdagi, has more than 20 years of international real estate development experience.
His skillset expands from leading large scale real estate development organizations with international expansion, planning and execution of master planned developments and economic clusters to management of the whole real estate value chain. Alp has a balanced entrepreneurial spirit experienced in combining both organizational management of corporates and profit and loss responsibility of individual projects and own business.
